Agribusiness as an Attractive Place to Work––A Gender Perspective
Abstract
:1. Introduction
- H1––both men and women perceive working in agribusiness as something close to an ideal job.
- H2––women’s expectations concerning the demands of this type of work and its environmental impact are higher than men’s.
- H3––women are less likely than men to decide to set up their own business.
- H4––since the examined group of graduates belongs to the so-called Generation Z, this affects what they perceive as an ideal job.
