Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The manuscript entitled “Optimizing Antioxidant and Anti-Aging Activities of Mixed 2 Coffea arabica, Centella asiatica, and Curcuma longa Extracts 3 for Cosmetic Application” reports the antioxidant and anti-aging activity after mixing three plant extracts in optimum conditions. The manuscript is well written and structured.

Minor changes are proposed. Below you can find my comments:

Line 138: remove dot after the word solution

Would the authors have better results using Microwave-Assisted Extraction or Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction for the pretreatment of the plants?

Have the authors proceeded to an LC-MS/MS analysis in order to quantify the bioactive compounds in the extracts?

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

This study is a compounding study on the antioxidant and anti-aging effects according to the content of Coffea arabica, Centella asiatica, and Curcuma longa Extracts.

Regarding this study, it is judged that it is difficult to predict the antioxidant and anti-aging effects of the extracts with this test alone. The reasons are as follows.

1. Variables such as the origin and cultivation environment of natural products

2. A stepwise regression analysis should be conducted for the indicator components or effective components of natural products.

3. Basis for tests representing antioxidants such as DPPH, etc., and basis for tests representing anti-aging

Without the contents of these parts, it is judged that it is difficult to apply the antioxidant and anti-aging effects claimed by this study to cosmetics.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

I don't think there is a problem with your English level.

Round 2

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

This paper has been made relatively sufficiently with information on the components of plant extracts, and the logic related to efficacy has been created.

However, due to the nature of plant extracts, there are bound to be many changes in the index components depending on information on the cultivation area, climate, weather, production date, etc.

Therefore, please write by adding production information (date, region, country, etc.) for the plant extracts used in this paper.

Comments on the Quality of English Language

I can't judge the quality of English.
