We appreciate and thank Reviewer 1 and as suggested, we have included figure 1 which constitutes a synopsis of the scientific proposal described in the review. Moreover, we have revised the English language to correct minor spelling issues.

The authors rise an interesting hypothesis. I have 2 minor comments:
1) Genes names should be mentioned in italic letter.
2) The article should benefit from the use of 1 or more illustrative figures.

Moreover, we have revised the English language to correct minor spelling issues, including mentioning Genes names in italic characters.
