Welcome to Pharmaceuticals 2024 celebrating Pharmaceuticals 20th anniversary! This meeting will showcase the art of discovering new molecules, their physical properties, and their modes of action in the search for molecular entities that are able to improve health and quality of life for humankind.
Covering the newest technologies, and the research areas of medicinal chemistry, natural products, organic synthesis, radiopharmaceuticals, pharmacology, toxicology, biomolecular and glycosciences, among others, the meeting will bring together experts presenting their latest findings on combatting infection, inflammation, pain and neurodegeneration, to cite some of the relevant topics that will be discussed.
In this meeting, we encourage participation from all areas of pharmaceutical research to highlight recent advances in the field of applied chemistry in the search for novel solutions for the world‘s pharmaceutical needs. We will finally meet in person, and will have the opportunity to bring together the younger generation, the experts and the companies to plan science and technology for the future. A roundtable will be organized to start and facilitate further discussions.
We are very pleased to announce that a ceremony is also planned to honour Prof. Jean Jacques Vanden Eynde, former Editor in Chief of Pharmaceuticals (2015-2022), in recognition of his dedication to Pharmaceuticals over several years.
