Dear Colleagues,
The humble G protein-coupled receptor is responsible for a considerable proportion of the world’s pharmacopeia since its initial discovery. Each year since its landmark discovery, GPCRs have demonstrated their near-endless versatility with respect to the control of human physiology. To pay homage to this tremendously diverse capacity we intend to form, this Special Issue of IJMS stands as a collection of some of the most intriguing and innovative research articles that demonstrate the latest nuances of the GPCR signaling and therapeutic repertoire. To this end, I welcome the submission of both basic and applied science articles relevant to the most up-to-date aspects of GPCR functionality.

For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. International Journal of Molecular Sciences is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.
