About Journal of Parks
Aims
Journal of Parks (ISSN: 3042-5689) is an international and cross-disciplinary scholarly journal that publishes theoretical and practical papers about science, design, planning, usage, and impacts in parks. It welcomes submissions as research papers, short communications, and review papers. There is no restriction on the maximum length of the papers.
Parks are termed as a type of ecological infrastructure with a high dose of nature that can provide ecosystem services for humans. Our journal covers a variety of different park landscapes, including preserve, reserve, national parks, garden, urban parks, industrial parks, greened communities, pocket playgrounds, etc.
Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their theoretical, demonstrative, and experimental research in as much detail as possible. For theoretical research, a literature review is required regarding current theories around a specific point of view, with an underlined novel theory being fully identified or verified using widely accepted methodologies. For demonstrative research, any design or planning cases must be analyzed with computed data or files regarding full details of the whole procedure. For experimental research, a kit of study process is required that is involves the aims and hypotheses, experimental design, findings, and discussion.
