Building on the success of our previous conference in Singapore, this event promises to be an exciting platform for exploring cutting-edge advances and fostering collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of AI, Sensors, and Transducers. This AIS 2025 expects to host over 600 participants from around the world.

9–10 April 2025 IEEE Workshop on Electrical Machine Design, Control and Diagnostics (WEMDCD)

Valletta, Malta

The 7th edition of the IEEE Workshop on Electrical Machine Design, Control and Diagnostics—WEMDCD—will be held at Valletta, Malta, between 9 and 10 April 2025 and has been organized in collaboration between the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Malta and the Department of Engineering “Enzo Ferrari” (DIEF) of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

WEMDCD is an international event sponsored by the IEEE-IES Industrial Electronics Society and co-sponsored by the IEEE-IAS Industry Applications Society. WEMDCD is an internationally recognized workshop in the field of electrical machine design, control and diagnosis, where novel research activities and up-to-date industrial applications are presented. Considering the electrical revolution that is currently ongoing in transportation, the 2025 WEMDCD 7th edition will bring cutting-edge technologies into the world of automotive, aviation and naval industries, enhancing the exchange between academia and industrial partners.
