Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The objective of this special issue is to focus on various topics related to affordable housing which incorporates innovative building systems. Those systems would combine the benefits of affordability, green construction and sustainability. The previous objectives cannot be separated from the wider objectives of eco-villages, city planning, and green construction management on the community level. This would also require successful sustainability and energy efficiency code development. The special issue will also deal with carbon finance in construction, renewable energy in construction, environmentally compatible engineering in design and construction, assessment and monitoring of long-term performance, recyclable construction materials and systems, and other state-of-the art papers related to built environment and energy conservation are also encouraged.
