The article aims to proposes an assessment method to support decision-making during the design 21 of sustainable buildings. The method exploits the LCA tool and the assessment framework provided 22 by a Green Sustainable Building Certification (Active House) integrated with BIM. The method was 23 applied and proven through a case study: a residential single-family building in northern Italy, as-24 suming to compare two technological options.
It presents an important contribution to the study area. we recommend small observations below.
Need for a climate characterization of the study area where the house used in the modeling is located.
In the title, it is not recommended to insert acronyms that are not in the public domain, such as BIM and LCA, for example.
