On the General Entangled State and Quantum Decoherence
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
Nice mathematical exercise which anyway deserves publication,
Interesting to show the connections among decoerence, entanglement and Schroedinger equation even if the ansatz on ground state needs a more sound foundation on physicsl groung.
By the way the reader should by interested to the intriguing idea of the decoerence via entaglement due to the demonstration of the need of the secondary one,

We thank the reviewer for their view and constructive comment, and the time spent analyzing this manuscript. We agree with you that the intriguing idea of the decoerence via entanglement can be more investigated in a cosmological background at inflation that we try to find a more inflationary example.

The authors studied the primary entanglement effect on the decoherence of reduced density matrices of scalar fields and the tree-level evolution of the scalar bispectrum for a coupling between scalar fields. They found primary entanglement has a significant role in the decoherence quantum state. Their results could be generalized to every scalar quantum field theory with a well-defined quantization of its fluctuations in a given curved spacetime. This article will guide future research on a multi-field model. In this direction, one can study long-wavelength perturbation during inflation to investigate the squeezing of the quantum states. This research article is quite a novel idea. Please accept the article in its current form with minor spelling corrections.

Dear Authors,
This is a very interesting manuscript. The authors are motivated to examine the loss of quantum coherence of scalar fields at the beginning of time shortly after the Planck era when the universe was in an inflationary state. This would have a direct application to scalar fields such as the inflaton.
The science of the manuscript is quite compelling. The paper does need some editing and styling. In my opinion, the issues that I found were too numerous to cite so I will mention in general the stylistic issues I found:
1. a lack of articles such as "the" throughout the manuscript,
2. a lack of commas throughout the manuscript,
3. talking in variables such as "Although the dynamics of Q, N, and M...",
4. switching from second person like "we" to then using "one",
5. the citations are not always ordered,
6. and to look at the general style in the language of the paper.
I think that making these style and English edits will increase the readability of the manuscript with a very nice analysis performed by the authors.

I am happy with the changes that the authors have made to the manuscript in order to make it more readable. I think that the paper is much stronger now.
