2015 The inaugural issue was released. Beverages was published as a quarterly journal.
2018 Beverages was indexed in Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) - Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics).
Beverages announced the first edition of the Travel Awards.
2020 Beverages was indexed in Scopus - Elsevier.
2021 Beverages received its first CiteScore (2020) of 0.8.
Beverages established the following sections:
  • Wine, Spirits and Oenological Products Section;
  • Beverage Technology Fermentation and Microbiology Section;
  • Sensory Analysis of Beverages Section;
  • Quality, Nutrition, and Chemistry of Beverages Section;
  • Tea, Coffee, Water, and Other Non-Alcoholic Beverages Section;
  • Malting, Brewing and Beer Section.
2022 The CiteScore increased to 5.3.
Beverages published its 500th paper.
2023 Beverages received its first Impact Factor (3.5).
The CiteScore increased to 5.8.
2025 Beverages adopted a bimonthly publication schedule.
The year 2025 marks the 10th Anniversary of Beverages.
