Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

We invite you to contribute to the second edition of our Special Issue (SI), which intends to update the data published in the first one (31 December 2021). The first edition of our SI published 11 articles authored by 90 authors from four countries (Thailand, Croatia, Poland and Romania). The articles were cited 45 times in a period of less than two years. Since Medicina Journal facilitated data published with a high visibility and the articles attracted interest, we hope authors will be motivated to send their new research and clinical data to be published in the second edition of this SI.

Similar to the first SI, the second one intends to present research and clinical data in the field of prenatal and perinatal medicine, which should contribute to the World Health Organization’s goal of “Making pregnancy safer”. All the topics in prenatal and perinatal medicine are of interest. Case reports in this field are also welcome.

We aim to provide authors with the opportunity to publicize cutting-edge research results as well as results concerning clinical medicine, epidemiology or the particularities of medical care, specific to the region where they practice. We hope that this will be of interest of our readers, who will have the possibility to better understand the diversity and peculiarities of this dynamic and fascinating field which addresses the care of “fetal and maternal binom.
