Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear authors, it was my pleasure to contribute to the reviewing process of your manuscript; It is a complete and comprehensive review of the topic with interesting insights in the pathophysiology and the potential of target treatment based on the molecular aspects of the diseases. Nice figures. Please check some typo errors ( Person et al delete ; and use coma)  Avoid to use the words of the title as key words.

Author Response

We thank the reviewer for appreciating our effort to summarize the complex molecular alterations behind the main primary tracheal tumors. We thank the reviewer also for the precious suggestions aimed at improving our paper. In the new version of the paper we have modified the manuscript according to your suggestion.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors have systematically and scientifically presented the therapeutic targets  of primitive tracheal tumours especially delivered by salivary glands and squamous cell carcinoma. However, inclusion some latest references will add its quality.

Author Response

We thank the reviewer for appreciating our work and for suggestions that allow us to improve the manuscript. In the new version of the paper we have added new references as requested.
