In this work the authors analyse three methods to control local false discovery rate. The comparison is performed in three different synthetic scenarios and in two fields application.
The paper is well written and I suggest to accept it with minor revisions, being the most important one related to the experiments reproducibility as pointed out in my following commentaries.
