Special Issue Information
Dear colleagues,
Biodiversity pattern is a key issue to establish sustainable environmental planning and wildlife conservation. Successful environmental policy seeking biodiversity conservation should consider patterns of biodiversity and its specific characteristics. Patterns in diverse scale—α, β, and γ diversity—should be reflected in ecosystem management and planning. Particularly, information on species composition and its distribution can be used to establish optimum management strategy under diverse disturbances such as climate change, and human impact. Spatial analysis, field studies, statistical modeling, and other methodologies can be applied to evaluate biodiversity pattern. This Special Issue welcomes valuable findings and discussions regarding biodiversity patterns in diverse urban and natural environments.

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website.
